Sämtliches bei uns im Geschäft angebotene Schweinefleisch hat eine garantierte Herkunftsbezeichnung, das Futter der Schweine kommt aus nachhaltig betriebenen Landwirtschaften, selbstverständlich erfolgt die Bewirtschaftung ohne den Einsatz von Glysophat. Das keine genveränderten Futtermittel angebaut werden, ist selbstverständlich.

Unser Herz schlägt für das Rind (hier speziell für das Simmentaler Fleckvieh). Diese Rasse züchtet man in der Schweiz, im Berner Oberland schon seit Jahrhunderten. Vom dortigen Simmental rührt auch ihr Name her.
Top-Qualität ist unser höchster Anspruch. Dabei bestimmen Faktoren wie Genetik, Alter des Tieres, die Haltung und Fütterung und vieles mehr den Geschmack des Endproduktes. Durch unser vielschichtiges Lieferantennetzwerk können wir nachhaltig für kontinuierliche Qualitätsstandards Sorge tragen. Mit entsprechender Vorlaufzeit können wir jederzeit auf Sonderwünsche der Kunden eingehen und diese erfüllen.
Viele unserer Zulieferer kommen aus der Region Salzburg, dadurch unterstützen wir auch gezielt die Salzburger Landwirtschaft.

Verarbeitet wird für BEEF & more feinstes Fleisch von Färsen, besser bekannt unter den Begriff Kalbinnen, Fleisch vom Jungstier und vom Ochsen. Auch das Fleisch der “alten Kuh” erlebt bei uns eine Renaissance.
Selbstverständlich erfährt das Fleisch, bevor es in unserer gekühlten Verkaufsfläche präsentiert wird, eine ausreichende Reifung.
